Can I use my ReimaGO Family Account with several devices?

Yes, you can. After you have created the Family Account, you can give the credentials to other family members so that they can access the account, too. They first need to download the app into their device and sign in using the credentials. Then they are able to view the kid profiles in the app, see how far they’ve progressed and how many points they have gained, set rewards and log activities.

However, remember that a sensor can only be connected with one device at a time. This means that you can only connect and upload activity points from the sensor using the device where you have paired the sensor to.

If you need to connect your sensor to another device , please follow these instructions:

1.     Go to the kid’s profile in settings. Tap on  Edit kid profile and select Disconnect sensor.

2.     Open the battery case with a coin, turn the battery upside down (plus side down) and press it down for about 10 seconds. Turn the battery face up and close the lid.

3.     Log in to the ReimaGO app with the other device. Go to the kid’s profile in settings. Tap on  Edit kid profile and select Connect sensor. Make sure that you are connecting the right sensor to the right profile.
