Sensors got mixed up. How do we know which sensor belongs to whom?
You can still identify the sensors: Each sensor has a unique 10-digit sensor ID, which is written on the backside of the sensor, under the battery cap. When you create a profile for your kid and connect it with the sensor, the app verifies the connection by using this special ID. If you need to check each kid’s sensor ID later on, you can check it from the app: go to settings > select a kid > check the sensor ID code in the upper left corner.
You can personalize the sensors with different kinds of stickers. To avoid damaging the sensor shell, don’t use paints or glues for customizing.
