What happens to items that do not qualify for Reima Second hand?

The goal of the service is to give all clothes a new user. However, sometimes an item does not meet the service requirements and is not suitable for resale. Ninyes Oy has the sole right to assess and determine whether an item meets the criteria of the Reima Second hand service. If you want rejected items returned to you, the shipping cost is €8.90 per return. Alternatively, you can collect them free of charge from Ninyes Oy’s office: Ninyes Oy, Dosentintie 7D, 00330 Helsinki / Mon-Thu 13:00-17:00. You can also choose to donate rejected items free of charge to Hope ry charity or for textile recycling.
