Which products are accepted in Reima Second Hand?

The buy-back service is available only to private individuals and in quantities typical for a household. Commercial shipments are not accepted.

Ninyes reserves the right – in individual cases – to request appropriate documentation confirming the origin of the products (for example, original proof of purchase showing the type and amount of tax paid, as well as a seller’s declaration of origin).

To be accepted, your shipment must meet the following conditions:

• Only products from brands listed on the official Ninyes brand list are accepted. You can find the list here: https://ninyes.com/pages/resale
• If you choose compensation in the form of a Reima gift card, at least one of the submitted products must be from the Reima brand.
• Items must be in good condition - intact, clean, and with the product label still attached.
• The second-hand value of the item must be at least €10.

The evaluation of the products and the final decision on acceptance are made solely by Ninyes and take place after the shipment has been received.

The following items are excluded from acceptance:

• non-original products,
• more than two identical items of the same product,
• defective, heavily soiled or damaged products,
• products subject to legal restrictions (e.g. export bans).
