How can I make a claim?
If you have purchased the faulty item at Reima online store, please contact our customer service customerservice@reima.com and attach the photos of the product, the defect and also the product’s washing label that contains the product code and size. We will do our best to handle this as soon as possible.
If you purchased a faulty item in Reima store or from Reima retailer, please contact the place of purchase (along with the receipt). If this is not for some reason possible, you can also contact our customer service.
