I made a purchase that should earn stamps, but they don't show on my stamp card yet. Is something wrong?

You should see your stamps during the same day. Please contact the customer service if you haven't received your stamps the same day. Remember that to earn stamps you need to be logged-in / have registered your purchase, otherwise you won't receive the stamps for it.
